Bradley’s rude and unprofessional behaviour cost us two houses and thousands of pounds. He may have some personal issues he is dealing with, but he behaved in a very aggressive, rude, unprofessional and immature manner and then went AWOL for 4 days. This cost us the second house. In the first case, he sat on a very important piece of information for 3 weeks, and by the time we were able to action it, the vendors pulled out. Bradley isn’t fit to be doing the role he is in, and Curwens has no complaints procedure or cover for unstable employees. To date we haven’t received a reply to any of our complaint emails and escalations. Disappointed to have been mistreated by this firm and Bradley, and this has cost us two homes and a sizeable amount of cash and immeasurable amount of stress.

I contacted Curwens as my husband has used Kaajal for an employment issue previously and she was great. I had a very complex case where I had been badly let down by a previous solicitor and had no idea what to do about it. Adrian very kindly responded quickly, obtained all legal documents and gave his honest opinion on the merits of my case. He did so without charge and this can’t have been an easy job due to the sheer volume. He spoke in a language very easy to understand rather than all the legal jargon…. All I can say is that I wish I had used Curwens at the start of my claim as I think I would be in a very different position now. Thanks so much Adrian!

I Instruct a solicitor from this firm,More than Two months ago,unfortunately the solicitor dealing with my case haven’t done anything so far,and I tried to contact the solicitor,but she never in the office and I left few messages to contact me,still waiting for her to call me,if anyone got important case try to give your case to better solicitor even if you pay more.

This firm were utterly unhelpful when it came to my flat purchase in a new build development and it was a lesson why you shouldn’t use the developer's "recommended solicitor" which I would never do again. At all times it felt like Bradley Bernett was totally on the side of the developer, not the client and therefore never presented all of the facts or options correctly or clearly, it was clear that his job was to keep purchasers locked into their contract, while the developer made up excuse after excuse for the huge delays to the development. Curwens were even complicit when the developer fraudulently served notice to complete on all buyers when the building wasn't ready or safe to be occupied and even got purchasers to serve a fourteen day notice back to the developer when we couldn't complete after 14 days, thus legitimising the developer's illegal notice. Even though 2 years later the building is still not completed to the spec it was advertised and sold at, with the developer in liquidation, Bradley is still acting as if this is all totally normal and telling people their only option is to complete. Bradley is never available on the phone, he is arrogant, his emails never answer all of the questions asked and he clearly doesn't know how to use spell check. Bradley is actually a Private Client Executive, not a solicitor, which might explain some of his incompetence, if life wasn't so short I'd be taking him to the SRA.

First class legal advice firm. Mr. Liam Rochford took my case very seriously and dealt with it extremely professionally. A lawyer with a high professional level and a very responsible person whom I realized I could rely on and trust completely.
