These solicitors are an exceptional firm to deal with for relinquishment of our timeshare relinquishment. It can be a difficult decision to choose a reliable and genuine solicitors, so we chose Sarah Waddingtons as they had good reviews and were genuinely interested in taking on our case. It is not a quick process ours took 3 and a half years but they eventually reached our goal, we are no longer owners of our timeshare. We had constant updates and never gave up chasing our goal. A lot of time was also spent due to the timeshare having deeds attached when purchased, always updates to inform us of progress. We would highly recommend Sarah Waddingtons to anyone who is trying to get out of their timeshare and requires a truly professional team of solicitors. Can't thank Robert Adam enough for his help and advice regarding Barclay's and the relinquishment of our Club La Costa membership. After lots of incorrect info from cold callers, Robert explained our situation with vacation points and helped us relinquish our membership, (which club La Costa will do free) Robert was helpful, reassuring and gave all this advice without charge. Sarah Waddington supported my parents for many years in enabling them to terminate an agreement they entered into in good faith, but which the company would not let them terminate. This issue and the liabilities the company said they were accruing followed my father to his grave & hung over my mother who is now elderly & frail. ive been trying to close my timeshare for a number of years and i had all the usual cold calls and paid a lot of money to people that told me we can get rid of your time share and and it will cost this much and we can claim that the timeshare was mis sold and you will get thus amount of mnoney so i paid them only to find that a few weeks down the line the company had been dissolved and we lost our money but then i found Sarah Waddington solicitors who took on my case and gave us some advise and we were passed on to a very nice lady called Carol Marchant who gave it her all and kept us informed of how the case was progressing and i would whole heartedly recommend her for all your time share needs she looked after us from start to finish so thanks to her we can now sleep soundly for the first time in years

We were led to believe that we were entering into an agreement with the holiday club of the hotel we were staying at. It turned out that the hotel was allowing this "business" to operate within its complex as if part of the hotel chain. Prior to signing the " holiday club" agreement and stressing our utter distaste of all timeshare companies, we were reassured by the " club operatives", that this was not a timeshare agreement. To cut a long story short, we were deceived into signing a timeshare agreement. Of course, upon realisation we wanted out and as we are Christians, prayed to God to free us from the scammers. This was when Sarah Waddington solicitors came to our attention through an ad. Having been deceived by the scammers it is understandable that we were very cautious and researched as much as possible before instructing Sarah Waddington to act on our behalf. They were understanding, professional and efficient. They told us what it would cost to be free of the timeshare and reassured us of their past successes. Suffice to say we are now completly free of the scammers and at the costs mentioned by Sarah Waddington solicitors during our initial conversation. We will and do gladly recommend their services to anyone wishing to escape any and all unscrupulous timeshare entrapments. Many thanks Sarah and team. God bless.

Never realised the minefield that these timeshare/holiday clubs could be.. They delivered the experience that they said they would but you were caught up in the annual fees, even if you wanted go elsewhere for the same cost . Although if there is a "release arrangement" this appears to be time consuming to conclusion. Personally I have enough going on my life to have been following a direct relinquishment. I have had many "timeshare specialists !" call me, and have nearly been scammed once, across the last 3 years by operators based from (apparently) Spain. I have no experience of the Spanish legal system and the Sarah Waddington, and UK regulated, exposure seemed to meet the "scam" criteria. Since engaging in mid summer 2020 it has taken about 12 months to get out of the CLC contract, which has now been confirmed. We didn't seek compensation because the advice from all timeshare recovery companies was that it would be difficult to enforce in Spain. We had some good times. Ongoing commitment - Now gone. There are timeshare recovery companies who appear to be offering "timeshare recovery" that are "outsource" introduction operations for other businesses. I have had many of those. There have even been negative comments about the Sarah Waddington "business model". All I would say is "that it appears to have worked to me" however they have done it. It has taken a long time but you need to have your paperwork documents to support the original signed documentation Anyone reading this review needs to understand that I have no linkage to Sarah Waddington Solicitors or any members of their team. They provided the service that I had been looking forward too finding for years. Also - pay by credit card just in case it doesn't deliver what you are expecting. Best of luck Chris Walton

We commenced the process of our timeshare relinquishment in 2016, and have just successfully concluded the matter, just under 4 years. This time scale is not a reflection of Sarah Waddington (SW), but a long and protracted process entirely caused by the timeshare company. Knowing who to trust has always been a fear and consideration and constantly brought into question, given the many other approaching we've continually had from other companies pro-porting to do the job so much quicker, and being scathing to SW. SW have never requested any further fees, then that paid by us at the out set. SW have always been available responding to emails and calls. We would certainly recommend as a trusted legal service, specialising in litigation cases with the timeshare sector.

We needed to relinquish our Florida Timeshare because ill health restricts traveling and using the RCI points that go with it. Research warned us about companies ripping clients off by claiming to sell unwanted timeshares, and we had even been made an offer by a company suggesting we swap to their Timeshare; that would have locked us in for another 15 years! Sarah Waddington Solicitors are not cheap but if you want a proper, thorough and efficient job, I have no hesitation in recommending them. It was not straightforward and it took longer than anticipated due to Covid restrictions and hiccups (e.g. differences in Scottish and Florida law) but, when out of the ordinary things like this happen, that’s when you see the real value of having the professionals working for you!
