I've heard some horrifying stories of solicitors out there when it comes to buying your first home, but I cannot tell you enough how much Kavitha Rajah ensured we had the smoothest and best process into buying our first home, from the onboarding process, funds checks, surveyor's checks, all the legal work put into it, reassuring us of our decisions and chasing up to ensure a tight completion date. I cannot tell you how many times I called up Kavitha to either ask for legal advice or an update, and she was always available either on the phone or via email to reassure us if everything was heading in the right direction, etc. If she wasn't available, Susanna or Heather would be super helpful in passing on a message, or informing me of next steps e.g., signing of papers, updating details, etc. They make an incredible team! They really do care about their clients like a second mum (wanting the best for us!). Kavitha will go out her way to call you, and get to know you on a personal level too - this means a lot as she really does look out for you / your best interest.
