The service is below any standard never get a call back paperwork never turned up when said when asked they wanted me to tell them whom had said this someone at that office no paper trail clearly or they would no rude on the phone speak over you you are not allowed to asked question they are not representing this family so they say moan about the phone call they ask for if them tell us to leave them alone what are tgey there for nope would never recommend

Stephanie and her team are very friendly and were fantastic during what was a very stressful time - I really appreciate everything they did. The advice and guidance provided was always clear and I was happy with the level of communication received. Stephanie and her team would get back to me very quickly with responses to any questions I had, and I found they were always available to arrange a time to speak to them when needed.
