The service is below any standard never get a call back paperwork never turned up when said when asked they wanted me to tell them whom had said this someone at that office no paper trail clearly or they would no rude on the phone speak over you you are not allowed to asked question they are not representing this family so they say moan about the phone call they ask for if them tell us to leave them alone what are tgey there for nope would never recommend

I've used Bassets (Stephanie) twice now - initially as a first-time buyer and then more recently for the sale of my property. When looking to sell my property, there was no question in my mind about which solicitor I would like to use. Stephanie and her team are very friendly and were fantastic during what was a very stressful time - I really appreciate everything they did.
