Gary Hall is, quite simply, an exceptional solicitor. He is strong knowledgeable, extremely capable and most importantly fights your corner. I was dealing with a particularly difficult situation involving disgruntled beneficiaries pursing money that simply did not exist, and Gary gave me clear honest advice, told me to stand my ground and not to be intimidated by the threats from my sister and her solicitors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary Hall. In my opinion, if you need a solicitor who will stand up for you and fight your corner, Gary Should be your first choice.

Throughout the process everything was explained clearly so that our requirements were met. The matter was dealt with in an efficient and diligent manner. Rafia has always been very helpful and explained any queries clearly,especially with regards to husband and my wills. My husband has since passed away, and she gave me the same excellent service when it was necessary to amend my will.

I've dealt with a few local solicitors recently for estate planning, conveyancing etc, I wholeheartedly recommend c&w. I just completed on a house, Lorraine was my solicitor - very proactive chasing for me, she also gave me some great advice when it came to stamp duty as my situation was slightly more complex than the average homebuyer. I need to get my will sorted out soon and then potentially some more conveyancing and I intend to use c&w as it was the best service. Great communication as well.

Horrendous! me and my sister felt like we was on trial and not welcomed at all. We was going through a traumatic experience and unknown territory and was felt like we had done something wrong. (we was just defending our fathers estate from a greedy ex). We were basically told she would win. No reassurance at all, no kindness. THIS COMPANY IS ONLY AFTER MONEY!! Do not go near if your looking for advice or help.

We used Clough and Willis for our will as part of the Bury Hospice write a will month. The process was seamless and the staff member we dealt with was lovely. Kudos to C&W for supporting this initiative for the hospice

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I instructed Andy to help put proper governance arrangements in place for a long-established family land-holding company. The work involved preparing a Shareholders' Agreement and advising on a number of complex issues around share transfers, succession, minority protection and company governance. Throughout the process, Andy was knowledgeable, responsive and patient in answering what was, at times, a long list of questions. He took the time to explain the legal principles behind the drafting, challenged historic practices where necessary, and helped us reach a practical solution that protects both the company and its shareholders. I particularly appreciated that he welcomed questions and provided clear explanations, enabling us to make informed decisions rather than simply accepting legal wording at face value. We're now in a much stronger governance position than when we started and have a Shareholders' Agreement that is tailored to our company and its future. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Andy and Clough & Willis for corporate and shareholder legal advice.
