I was represented by these vultures. Minimal effort in fighting for custody of my son. Lack of compassion and general lack of understanding.

Good professional service.
Dealt with 3 people with this solicitors firm: Rafia, John and Sarah. I found them all to be highly professional and quick at answering any questions and provided excellent clarity. I would highly recommend using them, and no doubt I will use them again.
When i started with Clough and Willis i felt quite low about my case. They raised me up from the initial meeting. My case was complicated and the other-side made it difficult. Throughout this time they continually communicated and offered support. When it cane to court they fought really hard for me and for that i cant thank them enough.

Horrendous! me and my sister felt like we was on trial and not welcomed at all. We was going through a traumatic experience and unknown territory and was felt like we had done something wrong. (we was just defending our fathers estate from a greedy ex). We were basically told she would win. No reassurance at all, no kindness. THIS COMPANY IS ONLY AFTER MONEY!! Do not go near if your looking for advice or help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I instructed Andy to help put proper governance arrangements in place for a long-established family land-holding company. The work involved preparing a Shareholders' Agreement and advising on a number of complex issues around share transfers, succession, minority protection and company governance. Throughout the process, Andy was knowledgeable, responsive and patient in answering what was, at times, a long list of questions. He took the time to explain the legal principles behind the drafting, challenged historic practices where necessary, and helped us reach a practical solution that protects both the company and its shareholders. I particularly appreciated that he welcomed questions and provided clear explanations, enabling us to make informed decisions rather than simply accepting legal wording at face value. We're now in a much stronger governance position than when we started and have a Shareholders' Agreement that is tailored to our company and its future. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Andy and Clough & Willis for corporate and shareholder legal advice.
