I am so grateful to Natalie for her professionalism, friendly manner and perserverance with our particularly tricky house purchase. Natalie represented us for both our house sale and purchase where she was always very quick to respond and pass along information, friendly and informative and always easy to get hold of when calling. We unfortunately had to break the chain earlier in the process (due to a lender issue) but Natalie worked tirelessly to ensure we were still able to complete both sale and purchase on the same day! We cannot thank her enough!

BSG coordinated the sale of my partners house and the purchase of our new home. Our solicitor William was excellent throughout the process, responding promptly and really helping us throughout the process which was less standard as the house sale was at auction. Would highly recommend BSG to anyone looking to sell or buy a house, we have used them on several occasions.

We were delighted with the conveyancing service received by bsg recently, especially as the house sale required first registration owing to lost deeds. Sophie and her team were professional and approachable at all times, and the advice given was spot on. This was all done at long distance, but nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend bsg to others and intend to use them again for conveyancing when the time comes.

I have used Pippa before when I was a first time buyer and she was brilliant then. The time come after nearly 10 years to move and I knew I wanted to use Pippa again. She was great the first time, but honestly her and Jodi have been fantastic this time. Pippa I cannot thank you and your team enough, you’ve listened to me rant, cry down the phone to you and ask a million and 1 questions! Exceptional expert advice and guidance from Emma as she helped me update my Will.
