I recently found myself having to deal with a technically difficult house sale and a separate house transfer after a bereavement. This involved a trust with multiple beneficiaries with several based abroad so difficult and confusing for an ordinary person like myself to deal with. After an initial meeting with them to explain the situation Bsg (Lancaster branch) were excellent in helping me through this tricky situation. I had to deal with multiple departments there (as I needed multiple services) and every single person I spoke to was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also coordinated across departments so the overlap of my requests never got lost or confused. I'm really glad I found them for this they understood what was needed and did everything required.

Absolutely Wonderfull Team of Practitioners at BSG Law. A Team of Lady only Partners. They Handled My Late Aunties will from BSG Law Lancaster. We were delighted with the conveyancing service received by bsg recently, especially as the house sale required first registration owing to lost deeds. Sophie and her team were professional and approachable at all times, and the advice given was spot on. This was all done at long distance, but nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend bsg to others and intend to use them again for conveyancing when the time comes.
