A large company I had been working for refused to pay my consultancy fees and commission due on sales. I approached David Bondt to start litigation and from the outset I was assured by his approach, involving me in key strategic decisions and focusing on the wider case in addition to fine details. David also highlighted that even if litigation was successful it might not be possible to recover my legal fees. After using a range of tactics to avoid payment the company finally agreed to an out of court settlement, reflecting much of the original sum owed and a significant proportion of my legal fees. Bringing the case was stressful and as retail therapy I treated myself to my dream car, a classic Porsche 911. Every time I drive it brings a smile to my face and provides a permanent reminder of David Bondt's exemplary work.

We completed the sale of our house a few days ago, which was quite complex as we were four sellers in all, and there was also the purchase of a house for two of us. From start to finish we were guided through the process by Zahra Himani, who was always available to reply to questions and handled the business with great efficiency.

I have been dealing with OGR Stock Denton for the last 6 months, and have found them to be incredibly friendly, accessible and very competent. Every time I had a query, a response was almost always immediate, and I have felt confident and relaxed that I was being well looked after. I especially wish to single out Mrs Gitta Altman and in particular Lena Schindehutte, who was incredibly patient with my many questions and very professional and competent in her manner. I will definitely use them again, should I need the services of solicitors.
