Conveyancing on a sale and purchase. Got it done eventually but we found the lack of communication frustrating; emails not acknowledged and questions not answered. I used to work for a solicitor, so of course I don't expect detailed replies on every minor point, but not getting replies to direct questions was unacceptable. Disappointing.

I had a really positive experience throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from the start, and everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Isabella handled everything in a calm and organised way and always seemed to lead matters in the right direction. We achieved a reasonably good outcome, and I genuinely felt supported throughout. I also really appreciated the help in arranging a payment plan, which made things far more manageable for me.
