Amazing service! I had a really difficult house being grade 2 listed, derelict, whilst also in need of a complete renovation. Not to mention it was a self build mortgage, with lots of special conditions set by the lender. Sarah Bent was amazing at getting everything sorted. She did her best to meet deadlines given the difficult mortgage, and as a first time buyer made me feel comfortable, and explained everything in depth to always put me at ease.

Conveyancing on a sale and purchase. Got it done eventually but we found the lack of communication frustrating; emails not acknowledged and questions not answered. I used to work for a solicitor, so of course I don't expect detailed replies on every minor point, but not getting replies to direct questions was unacceptable. Disappointing.

She handled a complex proof of funds situation with exceptional professionalism and care - something many firms would have turned away due to the involvement of cryptoassets, but she managed it amazingly. We are first time buyers and have just completed the purchase of our house, and we cannot thank Andrew enough for the conveyance process. The process was not easy due to onward chain issues and the sellers' side was terrible in responding to us. However, we are very thankful that Andrew has maintained clear communication with us, even when there were no progress to update at all. Therefore, although the slow process was frustrating, we never had to worry about missing anything on our side. As we knew nothing about the conveyance process, we had a lot of questions during every step of the transaction, and Andrew was very patient to explain everything clearly to us. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received and would definitely find Andrew again if we have any conveyance need again in the future.

I had a really positive experience throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from the start, and everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Isabella handled everything in a calm and organised way and always seemed to lead matters in the right direction. We achieved a reasonably good outcome, and I genuinely felt supported throughout. I also really appreciated the help in arranging a payment plan, which made things far more manageable for me. Overall, the service was professional, understanding and efficient, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.
