    My husband is housebound. It was time to update our wills and make Lasting Power of Attorneys. I arranged a home visit.     Excellent solicitors, handled my late mother's name change and subsequently my name change. Very smooth process, professional and courteous. My only suggestion is, if practical, please get a senior partner to co-sign all name change deeds, as banks such-as Metro Bank do not allow name changes without a senior partner's signature.

      Car repair dispute - Fantastic advice

      I emailed Abdul all the information, his reply started: Given the amount you’re seeking to recover, it would be disproportionate for us to assist you formally. Nevertheless, I would like to provide some general guidance to you free of charge. Wow, followed with a 400 word synopsis stating the legal aspects etc. Together with a copy of a before court letter to send the oppression. I cannot believe all this work was free of charge, Abdul had a clear understanding of the situation which must of taken some time.
