My conveyancing matter was handled by Sajjad Hussain. This has been by far the most frustrating professional service experience I have ever encountered. Following completion of my property purchase, critical post-completion issues remained unresolved for well over a year. During that period, I repeatedly chased for updates and received very little meaningful information regarding the status of my case. What I found particularly concerning was that key documentation later turned out to be incomplete and missing important information. When this was eventually identified, the explanation provided was simply that it had been an "oversight". I find it extremely difficult to accept that an oversight involving important legal documentation could remain undiscovered for such a long period of time, especially when the matter had already been outstanding for more than one year and I had repeatedly requested updates. The delays resulted in significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, countless follow-up emails and a complete loss of confidence in the handling of my file. Most disappointingly, there appeared to be very little sense of urgency until I submitted a formal complaint. Only after doing so did I begin to see meaningful progress and substantive responses. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
I have been with my Solicitor Fahmina Farani and her colleagues Salman Ahmed over 7yrs one of the best experiences I’ve ever the best peoples kindness easy to understand excellent communication and guidance super friendly.
