I was recommended to use SO legal in Brighton by a friend, to handle the selling of my mothers property. The service I received was first class. James and Katie kept me fully informed, responding with amazing super efficiency. You actually felt they embraced their jobs and cared, very refreshing.
I personally feel SO legal provide a great professional service at a very sensible price ( excellent value for money) and therefore highly recommend using James and Katie.

Joe Kennedy at SO Legal Eastbourne did a great job dealing with the conveyancing on a property purchase that needed to be done to a tight deadline. Joe clearly knows his subject inside out. The most impressive aspect was Joe proactively keeping me up to date with developments and being highly responsive in answering all emails within minutes, something that many other solicitors fail to do. I highly recommend Joe and I will be asking him to act for me in any future property conveyancing.

We used So Legal recently to sell our house. They were absolutely fantastic! Charlotte did a lot of our administration, and was so proactive- very quick to answer emails and chased for information from the buyer when needed. She was very reliable and relayed information from our buyers solicitor as soon as she received it- keeping us informed at all times. Very polite and made the whole house selling process much less stressful. Thank you So Legal!

Absolutely terrible service will never use again. Get no updates you have to chase to get an update and that's when you can get through to anyone. It's taken me upto 7 times plus to get through when you do Joe is never available and when you leave you name and number and ask for a call back or at the bare minimum an email you still get nothing. I have been trying to get hold of Joe for a week now and I have left multiple messages and requests for a call back and I'm getting very frustrated as I'm meant to be paying for this service that I quite frankly don't want to pay for. I've asked for the complaints procedure and for a manager to give me a call its been two days since I requested this and I still haven't had anything. If you're looking for amazing customer service don't use this company.

Nicole Hoddinott dealt with my Case. She is a wonderful person. Lovely to talk to. All ways there if you needed her. She is a professional,knowledgeable and to make it easier she is patient and kind. Cannot describe how happy we are with the So Legal team, especially our solicitor Seema! We were kept in open communication at every stage - fast email/telephone interactions was so important to us from the beginning. Every matter dealt with in a professional and kind way. Would recommend to all!
