Went in to affirm an Affidavit on 31 October 2023. Reception was very helpful and chatty, listen to what I had to say and got the Solicitor down that gave me what I needed. If I ever require assistance again... I would definatly go back to Mark Reynolds Solicitor's, Suez St, Warrington again.

We contacted a number of solicitors before we made a final decision on who we would ask to organise our wills.
We spoke with Katy Davison on the phone who spoke clearly and without using unnecessary jargon.
We made an appointment with Katy and she put us at ease straight away. We thought she was very professional, thorough and explained the various options that were available to us.

Catherine was not only professional but extremely helpful too. I was able to arrange an appointment for the next day and she was kind, caring and listened to help find the best solution to my needs. Needed a witness signature on a form. Tried my bank and doctors both wouldn't do it. Popped in mark Reynolds by chance saw Catherine Sheehy couldn't have been more helpful sorted in minutes and no charge.

I went to the solicitors with an enquiry regarding a car accident I was involved in and they put me in touch with one of their solicitors, David Speed. David was great from the first phone call right through to the settlement. He was constantly contactable and was happy to answer any questions I had and gave me very helpful and professional advice, ensuring understood every stage of the process. I received a larger claim than I originally thought I was going to and he worked hard to make this happen. I thoroughly recommend.

Contacted Mark Reynolds when a local solicitor failed to return numerous requests for an appointment even though they had sent all the paperwork we requested, one call to Richard Kershaw and we attended the office the next day and filled in all the necessary paperwork to complete a Lasting Power of Attorney, Richard asked if our Will was up to date and we confessed it wasn’t, he also arranged that. Would definitely recommend Richard Kershaw and Mark Reynolds.
