Mark Reynolds solicitors, particularly David Speed, provided an exceptional service. David walked me through the claims process. He was personable, responsive and he kept me up to-date throughout, without being too demanding of my time. I highly recommend this service and would certainly ask for David again.

We met with Rachel Harvey at the Runcorn office for a review of our will. She spotted some omissions and ambiguous wording on our original will and explained clearly why and how the will needed amending. Rachel is very pleasant calm and patient and explains things fully in layman terms. She also at our request arranged Power of Attorney for myself and my husband with clear and informative explanation how it worked and warning us it may take some time with the Office of the Public Guardian and Land Registry In fact both came through within 3 months of meeting.
