I first saw Andrea back in 2021 when I drew up a 'Will' for the first time- and she was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me do so. Because of changed circumstances I needed to amend it and, again, Andrea was there to help and advise and, within just a short time, my new 'Will' was ready for signing, affording me the comfort that a conclusion to these matters bring. I thank her again for her professionalism and friendliness.

Throughout the process I have felt a huge burden has been lifted with a reassuring 'Don't worry - we'll deal with that' from the outset. I appreciate the combination of approachability and professionalism , across the whole of the office staff, and appropriate levels of communication which keep me informed of the progress to date, and next steps to be undertaken. I have been neither 'left in the dark' or bombarded with information at any point. I look forward to completing this matter in due course and having used this office previously and now, would not hesitate to do so again.

We used this solicitors for both sale and purchase conveyancing over the last 6 months. We found their communication fairly slow and, at times, almost dismissive. Of greater concern was multiple miscalculations on stamp duty and documents either not being sent to us or gone missing at their end. Seemed to be nice enough people but probably understaffed. Wouldn't be using again.
