Throughout the process I have felt a huge burden has been lifted with a reassuring 'Don't worry - we'll deal with that' from the outset. I appreciate the combination of approachability and professionalism , across the whole of the office staff, and appropriate levels of communication which keep me informed of the progress to date, and next steps to be undertaken. I have been neither 'left in the dark' or bombarded with information at any point. I look forward to completing this matter in due course and having used this office previously and now, would not hesitate to do so again.

I recently used this solicitors’ office to prepare my Will and was very pleased with the service I received. The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with great care. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt fully supported throughout. The staff were approachable, helpful and made what could have been a difficult subject much easier to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with Will writing.

We used this solicitors for both sale and purchase conveyancing over the last 6 months. We found their communication fairly slow and, at times, almost dismissive. Of greater concern was multiple miscalculations on stamp duty and documents either not being sent to us or gone missing at their end. Seemed to be nice enough people but probably understaffed. Wouldn't be using again.
