I contacted this firm with a view of them carrying out the legal side of attaching a loan to my property as the RAF Benevolent Fund (a large nationwide charity for ex-RAF servicemen, of which King Charles III is patron) were providing me a loan to carry out essential work on my property after serious storm damage which my insurance wouldn't cover. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I approached JNP and they sent me their conditions and charges and I agreed. They then decided that they needed £400 up front plus ID verification of myself (not a problem) PLUS the charity. Wanting such a figure from a very large national charity is unreasonable (I couldn't pay it myself and then get the funds back after it was finished, as they wouldn't allow that). And who in the RAF BF did they want to ID? The King???? The RAF BF attempted to contact them several times by telephone to sort something out but each time my point of contact was "not available" and failed every time to return their call. Anyway, they called today and told me that they are not taking on my job. So, “amateurish” is a word that I would use their administration side. I never had an opportunity to use their legal side. Shame. Need to do far, far better.

I went to JNP legal about a defamation case. I paid £600 before they would even see me. I seen Rebecca. We had a meeting that lasted about 30 minutes, she gave me a freedom of information request form to fill in. Had a reply from the police it was 95% redacted. Totally unacceptable. Took it to the solicitor office where they photocopied it. It took 2 weeks for Rebecca to phone me. 10 minutes phone call just t say she can’t do anything. What a waste of £600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
