I can't thank Claudia Cuffaro enough for getting me through the sale of my deceased mother's property. Claudia was so professional yet very sympathetic and so easy to talk to. She went the extra mile more than once when the solicitor at the other end decided to go in slow motion and also went on holiday for a fortnight. Claudia demanded that another solicitor take over the property sale. I was kept UpToDate throughout the sale and never had to ask for an update. I would highly recommend Claudia Cuffaro and Curwens for the sale of their property. I hope to use Claudia again.

Bradley acted on our behalf for both the sale and purchase of our property, both with nuanced complexities, and was extremely diligent from start to finish. As a first time buyer this process can be extremely convoluted and confusing without the right legal advice. Bradley and the conveyancing team were excellent from start to finish. They were extremely professional, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and helped clear up any issues and complexities around the end to end process. Curwens handled my case very well, provided me with all the information I needed as a buyer, and made the exchange and completion dates seamless; it was an amazing execution on a freehold property. I would use them again if I had the opportunity.
