    Once again, Adrian Boulter of Curwens has saved the day. Having previously had the support from Adrian when my back was against the wall with a particularly difficult eviction, I had no hesitation in consulting with Adrian in respect of a case of proprietary estoppel. Adrian was quick to give an appraisal of our case prior to an arranged mediation zoom meeting.       As a first time buyer this process can be extremely convoluted and confusing without the right legal advice. Bradley and the conveyancing team were excellent from start to finish. They were extremely professional, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and helped clear up any issues and complexities around the end to end process. Curwens handled my case very well, provided me with all the information I needed as a buyer, and made the exchange and completion dates seamless; it was an amazing execution on a freehold property. I would use them again if I had the opportunity.

      I approached Curwens when my late Aunt was in a Care Home and found them immediately to be of fantastic assistance in every way right from when my Aunt passed away to Probate and then the eventual sale of her Property.
