    Since my solictor retired i was looking for a solicitor ,so i contacted Curwens ,to review my will , but due to unforseen cicumtances i needed to make a new will and power of attorney ,.I was fortunate to meet Alexandra when we met she made comfortable and at ease .She took the time to explain everything clearely , so she made my will and power of attorney,She is very proffecional ,kind ,she kept me inform all the time ,she made me feel valued , and when i call her she called me back , she is so good my son decided to make his will.     I have been to Curwens for both my will and a Declaration of Trust document. On both occasions, I found the solicitors to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No question was too 'daft' and responses to phone calls and to emails, were prompt and always answered my queries. Not only was everything completed to a high standard; I was also able to work on a fixed fee basis which meant that, despite my asking thousands of questions and fretting over things, the costs didn't spiral and remained affordable. Everything sorted now and I am 100% delighted with the services from Curwens. Alexandra is a particular superstar!

      Highly Recommended for a Complex Property Purchase

      We had an exceptionally complicated house purchase, with numerous difficulties and unexpected issues along the way. We are incredibly grateful to Gerard for guiding us through the whole process with professionalism, patience and persistence. Gerard was always responsive, thorough and reassuring, and took the time to explain things clearly whenever problems arose. Most importantly, he was proactive in dealing with the many complications and kept pushing things forward when the transaction could easily have stalled. Buying a house is stressful enough at the best of times, and ours was certainly not a straightforward purchase. Having such a reliable and experienced solicitor on our side made an enormous difference, and we genuinely don't think we could have got through the process so smoothly without their help.
