I had been caught by TfL inspectors when using Freedom Pass. I was devastated as it could affect my job, my visa and I was terrified. Very disappointing experience. I felt that the solicitor was unnecessarily vague in her answers and seemed to be prolonging matters in a way that would have resulted in me paying significantly more in additional fees. After the court hearing, it became clear to me that the situation had been presented as far more complicated and serious than it ultimately was, and that much of the additional expense being suggested was not necessary. I was also concerned by the fact that some of the answers I received were not particularly clear or accurate, and on a couple of the main questions I had, the solicitor did not seem certain of the answer. Overall, I found the experience frustrating, expensive and unhelpful. The solicitor I dealt with was Shella. Awful experience.

Overall a fully professional service. My only slight quam would be communication sometimes, but this is possibly an email issue.

I found a website whilst looking for solicitor late at night. I honestly cant remember the site name, but it had a box to imput the type of service required to match with suitable companies I was contacted the next day by Makwana by phone and then email explaining clearly what to do to begin the process. Then I was called and spent an hour talking, they were very patient and explained a course of action. I very grateful that they found me. Thank you
