I wouldn't bother with these, they don't help very rarely respond unless you send multiple messages. And if your facing criminal charges you got no hope. Well at least that's how they have made me feel. £3000 spent on pre charge engagement just for them to not do anything.

My daughter got a fare evasion summons on her 18th birthday having dropped her phone so unable to tap out. We expected a fine but instead it was a threat of prosecution. She's doing A Levels and planning to go to uni in Sept so a prosecution would be devastating. With only 10 days to respond (3 of which were gone before we got the letter in the post, time was of the essence. I tried a different firm on Friday morning but by 3pm still had no offer of an appointment. By contrast, I contacted Makwana by whatsapp at 3pm and was talking to a solicitor (Shella) at 6pm (on a Friday) and had a list of docs to compile by Saturday lunchtime. Shella was amazing, clear, plain speaking, really explored all the details of the case, gave an overview of how the system works etc. They submitted a very strong case for us and, thankfully, we were issued with a warning by TfL within just a few days of the submission. Shella and Eryk were just amazing throughout and were always responsive which kept the stress at bay through what was a very worrying time.
