I asked Lucas & Wyllys to prepare a Deed of Variation. During the process I received 2 apologies from them, firstly for a 4 week delay in which I heard nothing from them despite providing all the requested information and which probably would have been longer if I hadn't chased them, and secondly for errors in the drafting of the Deed of Variation which was described as a miscommunication error between the person preparing the Deed of Variation and the Senior Partner. This included my surname being misspelled. I have subsequently received the final version which meets my requirements.

Amy and the team have been fantastic through my entire purchase. I could not have picked a better firm to deal with my purchase as a first time buyer than them. As a person who usually chases on everything, I was at ease to know Lucas & Wyllys have their own app with alerts to notify me when things happen and what stage i’m at in the conveyancing process! Reasonably priced, dealt with by professionals and responses through the entire process have been very quick, with clear explanations, and whenever you call, the team are super helpful. I’m having a better experience than most people I know going through the stressful process of a purchase. Definitely recommend.
