I can't fault Sara Young who dealt with my parents probate and wills. She knew exactly what she was doing, and asked all necessary questions, answered all my questions and responded promptly to all communications. Would definitely use her again, in fact have done so mine and my wife's wills, for which Sara was again excellent. Fees seem about average.

Absolutely shocking service from Hansells, absolutely no morals or integrity. After agreeing an offer for probate, they kept a property on the market. Whilst I have no legal recourse, as gazumping is still not illegal in England, you would expect companies to exercise some morality and agreeing a sale.

I used Hansells as my Solicitors for a resent property purchase and would very much use them again. They weren't the cheapest option, but were very much worth it. My Solicitor, kept me updated regularly, and answered any questions I had. More importantly they were on top of everything and any delays were very much a case of waiting for a reply or action from the sellers Solicitors.
