We used Hayes and storr while purchasing our first property after being given notice on the rented property we were in already. Mel was brilliant, very efficient and continously kept on top of chasing a rather slow solicitor on our puchasers side to ensure this sale went through before we were made homeless with two young children. For that we will be forever grateful and will.certainly use them again in the future.
We received an absolutely fantastic service from Mel & Polly during our house move. They made this part of the process so much easier and stress free, which we cannot thank them enough for. They kept us fully updated throughout and whenever we had a question it was promptly responded to in a clear and understandable manner. We cannot recommend Hayes + Storr highly enough! And whilst we don't plan to move for a least 10 years now - we will be sure to be in touch with them when the time comes to move again.
As a first time buyer I was so pleased with the service we received in buying our first home. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were friendly and efficient. We did have cheaper quotes from "online firms" but you definitely get what you pay for and we saw the benefits of instructing a local firm.

I have dealt with the solicitors a few times twice with will with Margaret always able to meet face to face very helpful Then twice selling my property Claire was again so helpful always able to pop in and see her Since the reshuffle things are nit si good I went into to see about my late father’s probate was told no one was available but will get someone to call never heard back Since then I have beet unable to get appointment with anyone only via email it take days to get a reply The people are doing there best It’s the system I am not a happy bunny 😊

I recently needed the services of Rob Colwell. Both he and Amanda were amazing. Always understanding, always responded politely, and gave both honest but transparent information to me. They helped me understand areas I was not familiar with and they clearly showed their expertise in their field. Rob assisted my divorce and I cannot recommend both Rob and Amanda enough. We would not hesitate to recommend Claire Burns to do your Conveyancing work. Fast,efficient and with excellent communication skills. Nothing too much trouble for this practitioner.Don’t waste your time and money by going somewhere inferior!
