A friend recommended Lilli Mae Holmes, of Jane Brooks Law to us for the updating of our previous wills. We explained what we wanted to happen when the time came. Lilli explained in plain English what we could do to achieve this. Our wills were drawn up and signed within two weeks. We now feel comfortable that they do exactly what we want them to. We highly recommend Jane Brooks Law and especially Lilli Mae Holmes for the writing of wills

I would highly recommend Natasha and her team. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of buying my house and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Despite us emailing what felt like constantly with questions, updates and requests, Natasha and her team always took the time to respond as quickly as possible and were incredibly helpful and patient every step of the way. A huge thank you to Natasha and the whole team for helping us get into our new home. I couldn’t recommend Natasha highly enough. She handled the conveyancing for my house purchase and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier. She was professional, approachable and always happy to answer any questions I had. I felt kept informed throughout the process and knew I could contact her whenever I needed clarification or reassurance. She went above and beyond to help get everything sorted and made me feel like my purchase was genuinely important to her. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially when there are delays and complications along the way, but having someone so helpful and knowledgeable handling the legal side made such a difference. Tried to contact them and they said they could assist so will give me a call back, called them again and they said will ring me back, but few days latet never received any email or call back. Just a total waste of time

Three stars as most rentals, own home and will went smoothly ( used mainly Hedon office as still living East Hull then ). Last rental property different ballgame. Being the buyer, I was initially sent the seller's pack resulting in delay. After 3months++ final completion. Admitting solicitor picked up a slight issue from seller's side. Been told to be patient for title/ deeds.... normally issued at completion. Regularly enquiring about updates... finally to receive documents, name correct but incorrect address. ... Again off to Cottingham office for rectification. My last rental property dealings with them weren't the best in my opinion.
