Rizzwana took up the task of selling our Farm for us (which was sold in two lots) and the purchase of a residential property with lots of enthusiasm. The process was handled very professionally and efficiently she has great communication skills and questions always answered promptly , in fact usually straight away nothing was ever left hanging. Rizzwana has such a wonderful work ethic and sometimes clearly dealt with issues out of office hours if deemed necessary.Nothing seems to be too much trouble and to meet her you can see her enthusiasm for her job ,it is clear that she genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome and keeps everything moving smoothly.That level of commitment gave us real confidence and satisfaction so thank you Rizzwana for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.We would highly recommend her services to others.

We needed to register drainage rights for our new sewage treatment plant into the neighbouring farmer’s field on our respective property deeds. Rizzwana was amazing at keeping us informed every step of the way, and at responding immediately to any queries we had. The solicitor acting for the farmer was unresponsive for long periods of time in the process, causing the whole thing to take about 8 months in the end. This made us realise how lucky we were to have Rizzwana acting for us, AND to appreciate her patience and tenacity in keeping going in the face of frustrating behaviours by others. Rizzwana was also very human with us, and her personal touch was much appreciated, particularly at times when the process became a bit stressful. She ultimately guided us (and the process) through to a successful conclusion, which had a very significant positive impact on our domestic circumstances. Her technical knowledge in navigating through a slightly complicated arrangement was evident. We can’t recommend Rizzwana highly enough.

My wife and I received excellent service from Craig Williams and his team in support of our house purchase. This was a little more complicated than the norm due to the fact of its Grade 2 listing, inclusion in the title of agricultural land, complicated communal service arrangements and historic conservation consents. Craig's advice was always very clear and helpful allowing us to make decisions on an informed basis. Moreover the speed of service was very good - from onboarding onwards. I wouldn't hesitate to use walker Foster again, and have heard good things about their service from local agents as regards more straightforward properties also.
