I went to this firm last year in relation to a parking ticket I received that went to court I agreed prior to an amount it would cost (Jeremy agreed with me on this) Richard etherington did it all for me and tried to ask me for £4,500 directly into his bank account as he had worked over. He then rang back panicked after apparently speaking with Jeremy saying it’s fine and I don’t have to pay the £4,500 now. S c a m m e r s
I instructed Richard Buckley to help me at a very upsetting time. He represented me in court proceedings relating to my son. As an advocate in court, Richard is absolutely brilliant at what he does and I am very grateful to him for his hard work and support. Thanks to his skill and hard work my son has been protected. Richard was very professional, honest, have good clear advice and very knowledgeable.

This firm is the worst choice any one could make if you need a fair, professional and reasonable lawyer! Based on my experience i can say that it is a greedy and unprofessional firm. They failed to keep me informed about my costs, they acted in a breach of Client Care agreement and they disregarded duty of care to me as their client. The amount of mistakes made in a course of my case was staggering. There was insufficient, ineffective or simply inexistent communication about my costs. The final bill was 3 times(!) of the quote given and there was no effort to keep me informed or to check affordability. I am financially devastated, which will have a long lasting impact on my life. My only advice to others - STAY AWAY from them! You deserve so much better! I would put zero stars if I possibly could.
