We recently used Mark for both the sale of our leasehold property and the purchase of our new home, and we were extremely pleased with the service throughout. The process was not always straightforward, but Mark was professional, efficient and reassuring from start to finish. Communication was excellent — emails and calls were answered promptly, and everything was explained clearly. We especially appreciated how proactive Mark was in chasing enquiries and keeping both transactions moving, which helped reduce a lot of the stress involved in moving house.
