I wait in vain for a call back from my urgent enquiry almost a week ago. I phoned twice, the first time to be told the team members were in a meeting. Their representative promised to email the details of my case to them and that the team would decide upon the most appropriate member to take on my case, and reply. One and a half hours later with no response and 10 minutes before their closing time, I phoned again to be told that I would get the call soonest the next morning. No such call came. I chose DFA simply because of their marketing leaflet found in the hospital bereavement pack after my mother’s death. The extravagant claims made in that leaflet bear no relation to the reality of their dismal response. Needless to say, I have found an alternative company who have the courtesy to reply, respond and deal with my enquiry efficiently.

DFA Law helped me settle my late Mother's Estate. Since I live outside the UK their expertise and professionalism was very much appreciated. They made completing the necessary HMRC and probate paperwork very straightforward. They also assisted with the sale of my Mother's house. I'm very grateful to Hannah and all her staff for their work on my behalf.
