I wait in vain for a call back from my urgent enquiry almost a week ago. I phoned twice, the first time to be told the team members were in a meeting. Their representative promised to email the details of my case to them and that the team would decide upon the most appropriate member to take on my case, and reply. One and a half hours later with no response and 10 minutes before their closing time, I phoned again to be told that I would get the call soonest the next morning. No such call came. I chose DFA simply because of their marketing leaflet found in the hospital bereavement pack after my mother’s death. The extravagant claims made in that leaflet bear no relation to the reality of their dismal response. Needless to say, I have found an alternative company who have the courtesy to reply, respond and deal with my enquiry efficiently.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, efficient, and always kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable solicitor.
