Recently used tallents solicitors in Mansfield, they we're absolutely 1st class ,after having much heartache with 2 previous properties and being no further forward after 9 months with each , we finally got the keys to this in just 8 wks this was all down to Rebecca May Fido, she did a brilliant job , she was very proactive, she reassured us all the way ,wonderful service, can't thank her enough ,we would highly recommend her and the company ,once again thankyou

Rebecca dealt with the conveyancing on our property. She was extremely thorough and fastidious at all times. The process was very difficult due to multiple hurdles, but she remained determined to the end

Amazing service throughout for the conveyancing of the sale and purchase of our new home. Extremely efficient, caring and friendly service from Oliver who pulled it all together in what was a frustrating chain with several difficult issues that needed solving re the chain. The best communication. Elizabeth was very efficient and caring as his collegue as well. From the beginning we were impressed with this firm from reception through the different services we have used. Tallents Newark will now be our family solicitors. We have now used this firm of solicitors several times and are always impressed with the efficiency of the solicitors working on our behalf.

I asked Rebecca-May Fido to assist with three conveyancing cases which all ran at the same time. The sale of my house, the sale of my dad's house and the purchase of my new house. Rebecca had previously been the solicitor who had dealt with an equity mortgage on my dad's house and my daughter's house purchase so I already had personal experience of Rebecca's effectiveness. As expected Rebecca was superb in all three cases with clear advice and attention to detail. Most importantly her communication was always prompt and to the point which I really appreciated.

Was recommended these from the builder of our house but not overly impressed.
Felt like I done most of the chasing and I didn't have a clue what I was doing.
Spelt my partners name wrong on the contract and didn't seem too fussed.
Seemed to have done things backwards and never checked our ID until we were about to get the keys.
Didn't provide me notice that I had to close the help to buy isa - this was told by a friend that I had to do this which could have stalled the handover.
Would I use these people again? Probably not unless I was to purchase new and the builder recommended to help keep things linked.
