We are experienced property purchasers having been involved in the purchase and sale of 10 properties in the last 35 years. Last time around (2019) we were persuaded to use an online property conveyancer. Their work was slow, impersonal and not much different in price to a conventional solicitor so this time we went to our local solicitor RWK Goodman LLP. WE had a named solicitor Nicole Bradders who was well backed up by Grace Carnegie and Charlotte Gilkes. It has been a pleasure to work with real people with whom we have met and been able to discuss things with over teh phone. Price wise its not a lot of different to the online conveyancers but the service is a 1000- times better. I recommend this team for their professionalism and humanity.

Working with Ronna and Becky at RWK Goodman was an absolute pleasure. As an estate agent, it can sometimes be hard to build relationships with solicitors but this was not the case here. Ronna and Becky were exceptionally quick to respond, super knowledgeable and always had 5 minutes to update me on the progress of the sale. It was not the easiest or most straight forward transaction either but because of their tireless work, they were able to get the deal over the line and offer a successful completion for their client. It was a pleasure to work with both Ronna and Becky and I look forward to working with them again in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

RWK Goodman were brilliant in handling both the sale of my home and subsequent purchase. My situation wasn't all that usual but the team assigned to my case really went above and beyond to get everything sorted as we slogged through quite a long and complex progress. They helped me with outside advice, supported me through some really stressful moments and really when the extra mile in sending emails and being contactable whenever I needed them. I would highly recommend them, having worked with solicitors before they have been by far the best and most helpful firm.

the receptionist kept saying Government instead of Goodman when she answered the phone!!!I thought i was getting the nice stylish HMG law firm in the High Street but i got this other firm in Botley instead..so they should make this fact clear as it is misleading on the advert..was looking forward to meeting my lawyer but he found a small technical issue in my conveyancing case and he felt it was too complex so he bailed on me!!..and i was prepared to pay double the going rate too since he charged over £2200 for a job that others quoted at around £1200...so now it is I and not this law firm,who is resolving the minor technical issue!! at least i am a law post grad...so dont bother with this firm it is not the real HMG law of olden days..
