Looking back at how this journey started in October 2024, I was confused, scared, overwhelmed, and anxious about what the future held. I came across Turpin & Miller and was assigned to Isabelle. My family and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the exceptional support of Caroline Sykes at Turpin & Miller LLP during what was an extremely difficult and stressful visa (ILE) situation. From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed by the exceptional level of service and care Caroline provided. We initially approached her with urgent concerns regarding our daughter’s visa, and she went above and beyond to resolve the situation, while continuing to answer our questions and provide additional information well after the immediate issue had been resolved. I found that Caroline had no limit to the number of questions I could ask her and for me this was truly unique, as in the past I have often found family lawyers/caseworkers to have a strict, slightly uncaring cut-off when it comes to asking questions beyond the paid consultation. With Caroline I was able to ask numerous questions well after the issue was resolved and each time her replies were as prompt, informative and caring as before. Caroline was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly thorough in all her correspondence with us. She knew exactly what needed to be done and guided us through the process with confidence and compassion.
