I have had a wonderful experience with Turpin & Miller LLP. My Asylum case was handled by three different Caseworkers/ Solicitor, Nadia Roberts, Sarah Wahby and Amelia Smith. They were really exceptional and always timely in their response and would love to appreciate each one of them for their role in preparing for my appeal bundle. I know the hard work that Sarah and her team had to put in, because of that I did not have to go to a hearing, the Home office reviewed their decision and granted me my status in the UK. I will always recommend this firm to others and would like to continue with them for any other legal issues that I might need assistance with in future.

My family and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the exceptional support of Caroline Sykes at Turpin & Miller LLP during what was an extremely difficult and stressful visa (ILE) situation. From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed by the exceptional level of service and care Caroline provided. We initially approached her with urgent concerns regarding our daughter’s visa, and she went above and beyond to resolve the situation, while continuing to answer our questions and provide additional information well after the immediate issue had been resolved. I found that Caroline had no limit to the number of questions I could ask her and for me this was truly unique, as in the past I have often found family lawyers/caseworkers to have a strict, slightly uncaring cut-off when it comes to asking questions beyond the paid consultation. With Caroline I was able to ask numerous questions well after the issue was resolved and each time her replies were as prompt, informative and caring as before. Caroline was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly thorough in all her correspondence with us. She knew exactly what needed to be done and guided us through the process with confidence and compassion. Her communication was always prompt, clear and caring, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. I cannot recommend my solicitor Elvana and her assistant highly enough. They made the entire spouse visa process so easy and stress free from start to finish. They handled everything for us, explained every step clearly, and was always there to answer any questions we had. After being apart, having my husband back in the UK meant everything to us, and thanks to there hard work, the process was much quicker and smoother than we ever expected. His visa was approved within six months, and he was finally back home with me.
