I have had a wonderful experience with Turpin & Miller LLP. My Asylum case was handled by three different Caseworkers/ Solicitor, Nadia Roberts, Sarah Wahby and Amelia Smith. They were really exceptional and always timely in their response and would love to appreciate each one of them for their role in preparing for my appeal bundle. I know the hard work that Sarah and her team had to put in, because of that I did not have to go to a hearing, the Home office reviewed their decision and granted me my status in the UK. I will always recommend this firm to others and would like to continue with them for any other legal issues that I might need assistance with in future.

I had a really positive experience working with Kriti Khadka at Turpin & Miller throughout my British citizenship application. From the beginning, Kriti was professional, patient and extremely helpful. She explained each stage of the process clearly, made sure I understood exactly what documents and information were needed, and was always there whenever I had questions or concerns. For something as important and stressful as a citizenship application, having someone knowledgeable and reliable handling the case made a massive difference. I always felt that my application was being dealt with properly and that I was in safe hands. My application was ultimately successful, and I’m incredibly grateful to Kriti for all of her support and guidance throughout the process. My family and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the exceptional support of Caroline Sykes at Turpin & Miller LLP during what was an extremely difficult and stressful visa (ILE) situation. From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed by the exceptional level of service and care Caroline provided. We initially approached her with urgent concerns regarding our daughter’s visa, and she went above and beyond to resolve the situation, while continuing to answer our questions and provide additional information well after the immediate issue had been resolved. I found that Caroline had no limit to the number of questions I could ask her and for me this was truly unique, as in the past I have often found family lawyers/caseworkers to have a strict, slightly uncaring cut-off when it comes to asking questions beyond the paid consultation. With Caroline I was able to ask numerous questions well after the issue was resolved and each time her replies were as prompt, informative and caring as before. Caroline was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly thorough in all her correspondence with us. She knew exactly what needed to be done and guided us through the process with confidence and compassion. I cannot recommend my solicitor Elvana and her assistant highly enough. They made the entire spouse visa process so easy and stress free from start to finish. They handled everything for us, explained every step clearly, and was always there to answer any questions we had. After being apart, having my husband back in the UK meant everything to us, and thanks to there hard work, the process was much quicker and smoother than we ever expected. His visa was approved within six months, and he was finally back home with me. Camille de Carvalho at Turpin Miller was the best lawyer I could have asked for. When I started with her, I'd had difficult experiences with different lawyers so I was nervous. But Camille was very good because she really listened to me. She respected me and my story. She took time with me. She helped me understand my case and what was happening for me. My case was very long and there were a lot of different parts of it. But she took time to bring it all together. She checked every detail to make sure she was doing the best for me. When urgent things came up, she was there answering the phone to me. It was exactly what I needed. I am so grateful.

Going through a difficult and stressful situation can feel incredibly overwhelming, but from the very beginning Jessie and Tom gave me something that meant so much to me — reassurance, understanding and hope.
