I recently used the services of BP Collins in relation to my redundancy, with Alanis Shaylor overseeing my case, assisted by Jack Britnell. From the outset, Jack was very quick to respond to my messages. His professional, friendly and informative manner gave me confidence in choosing BP Collins. He made the process feel smooth and comfortable and was always available to guide me through the initial stages. My case was then handled by Alanis, who was extremely polite, professional and approachable. From our initial conversation, Alanis was very thorough in explaining the process and the relevant legal terminology. She explained everything in a clear and user-friendly way, which made it easy for me to understand, particularly when dealing with areas that were completely unfamiliar to me. Alanis provided all the clarity and reassurance I needed throughout the process. She was also excellent at identifying areas that required further information and was proactive in requesting additional details from my previous employer. I felt that both Alanis and Jack genuinely took the time to understand my situation and provided excellent support throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.

I have had the pleasure of having Dominic represent me in two occasions. Firstly in order to help me reach a financial settlement with my ex wife and then to help me agree child arrangements with my ex wife concerning our children. This was a long process, but Dominic was helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I cannot express how thankful I am to Dominic for his professionalism, knowledge, and nis kindness. Please please please avoid using this solicitors at all costs. After losing our mother we had this firm look after the Will. Instead of it being a smooth and painless process it was nothing short of heart wrenching sad and exhausting. They had no idea on how to show sympathy or compassion on something that’s so personal. I’m still trying to deal with the whole process as to what we as a family had to endure. I just pray that nobody else be on the receiving end of such an inept cold and completely unprofessional service. Maybe through writing this review it will help someone else out on not having to go through such a traumatic experience.

I came across B P Collins as I had specifically searched for Simone Page who had carried out conveyancing for me in the past. I needed her help again and did not hesitate to ask for it as she has always been thoroughly efficient, fast at carrying out enquiries and in reporting back. She is very professional and great at communicating whether via email or telephone. She has a pleasant nature and is genuinely lovely to deal with which reduces much of the stress when going through the process of buying/selling property. Juliette Beauvais covered for Simone during a short period of unavoidable absence and she was also very efficient and brought my case to a conclusion without difficulty despite coming to it with short notice and at a late stage. She also has a very pleasant nature and continued the stress free theme that Simone always employs. Yvonne Wells, the Completions Manager, was great at communicating, very efficient in dealing with the financial transaction and keeping me informed throughout.
