Sophie was attentive, highly knowledgeable, and kind. She kept me fully informed at every stage, and even dropped me a message if ever there was 'radio silence' just to ensure I didn't get worried by the amount of time things were taking. She explained from the very beginning how long claims can take, and we were able to settle in a reasonable time, at a level we were happy with. Roisin was absolutely wonderful throughout what was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time. She was always available at the end of the phone whenever I needed help or reassurance, and was consistently friendly, compassionate and approachable. She took the time to explain everything clearly as we went through the process, was very open and transparent, and always kept me fully informed about what was happening. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe and caring hands.
