Bereavement support
I used Morgans to administer my late Wife's estate and they were excellent. Alexandra supported us throughout the process in a sympathetic and professional way and helped me with the Items I was responsible for as executor of the estate. She looked after all the legal paperwork with no problems which reduced the stress on us. I would recommend Morgans and in particular Alexandra.

I dealt with Morgans for almost a 2 year period due to a case which has now concluded. Mr Brian Tait was the lawyer he explained everything in detail, what my expectations should be what the courts would look at etc and the overall process. The secretaries were first class to considering the level of contact I had sometimes you feel like your pestering people but with this firm I was always reassured and treated with proffesionalism from top to bottom. Morgans had previously been our solicitors for our will and powers of attorney, so when we decided to move home, we instructed them again to carry out the conveyancing work. Overall, the service was excellent. Kimberley Beatson was our main point of contact and she was brilliant - professional, approachable, and kept us regularly update throughout the process. She always came back to any queries in a timely manner and was very friendly. Some of the property sales team seemed a bit pushy at the beginning regarding getting our own house on the market once the offer was accepted. As busy a firm as they are, it came across negatively and did not help an already stressful process. Other than that right at the beginning, the people we dealt with were generally very good and clearly know what they are doing.

Morgan's looked after the sale of my mothers house, and the settlement of estate and wills. The service was brilliant. Excellent communication, and explanation of complex process, with a great deal of sympathy and understanding. The whole process from start to finish was handled so professionally, with no fuss and superb legal advice. I wish to especially mention Samantha Kennedy, partner in Morgan's who handled my mothers estate. I cant commend her enough for dealing so incredibly well with the legality and administration.
