Jessica Mason handled my conveyancing, supported by Tracy and Alex, and the service from start to finish was exceptional. As a first-time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming, but Jessica was incredible thorough when raising enquiries and took the time to ensure every detail was carefully reviewed. I always felt reassured that nothing was being overlooked. Communication was clear, consistent and timely throughout, and I was kept fully updated at every stage of the transaction. This is the second time we have used Malcolm C FOY. They acted for us with our house purchase and bow with our Re-morgage. For the re-romtage we initially went with a different solicitor be ayse it was cheaper but the service matched the price. After a few email exchanges we knew this was a bad choice therefore we were running for Malcolm C Foy. Special thanks to Donna Moore who went above and beyond, she always clarified everything we didn't understand, always prompt to reply quickly and worked tirelessly.
