I was charged with a s.172 and a speeding offence. They managed to argue that the speeding offence could not be proven and then argued that the s172 notice was issued out of time. Their attention to detail is spot on and very charismatic at court.

Calllum has been fantastic on the couple of occasions I’ve needed representation at the police station and in magistrates court over the past few years. Nothing is too much hassle and he will always negotiate you the best possible outcome. I must praise the additional support and being available at the end of the phone even when my case was resolved. Nick Upright, what can I say? Absolute legend!! After being passed around from pillar to post he took my case. He knew all along it was ridiculous but went through every motion from get go, to barristers to dealing with several solicitors to giving me the best news in nearly six years. ITS OVER!!
