The first consolation was really good and informative, the signing of the documents was also good but after that when I call, the phone was never answered after finally getting through after a few dayI was promised a call back but that never happened, I am still waiting.

We honestly can’t thank Jessica enough for all her help with the purchase of our house. From the very beginning, she has been fantastic. I had booked to rewrite my will, separating from my partner I just wished to remove him from the revised will. Not much of a change. It cost approx 500 when I paid, they did not include the Vat so the initial quote was around £400. Never met the solicitor. A paralegal dealt with the instruction of the rewrite. When I went to sign the documents a few weeks later, the paralegal told me she didn’t know what we spoke of, she wasn’t sure of what I was asking so then I had to wait an hour whilst she put the document together upstairs. To cap that the staff sent me someone else bill. Was quite annoyed to have to pay so much money when so little needed to be changed to the original document. I know solicitors charge for their expertise and time but I wasn’t impressed as in the first meeting, with travel costs, parking and my time, the information I passed over and agreed too wasn’t passed on correctly so I had to explain all over again when I went back.

The team provided documents in good time and covered necessary forms. My only complaintswould be that we asked for more information about potential surface water flooding and received no update and we queried the fact that Bennett Homes quoted 2 figures for permissions for work in different documents.

I was expecting good things as I was recommended Atkins Dellow by someone who had been very pleased with Georgia's work for their house sale. Responded to questions and queries quickly. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Some lack of attention to detail. Missing forms, incorrect names and addresses. I expected better attention to detail for legal documents and from previous experience. As long as you are willing to thoroughly scrutinise every document Atkins Dellow probably perform better than some other solicitors. They were willing to provide advice and answer queries and got the job done within a reasonable time frame.
