John Simpson has been exceptional in the management of my divorce, financial and children matters. Dealing with a complex situation due to jurisdiction John has been incredibly proactive, patient and approachable throughout and has been completely realistic with his advice, highlighting his extensive knowledge of the law. My matter took longer to conclude than was expected but John remained professional and determined in all areas at all times and his guidance has been priceless. I would highly recommend John Simpson and his team, and cannot thank him enough for seeing me through such a difficult and challenging time.

Tracey Laflin at Gotelee Felixstowe has been representing us during the purchase of our new house at Framlingham. She was ably supported by Alex Foreman.
As we have lived in the same house for 41 years this was a major step. We entered the house buying/selling process with a complete lack of knowledge of how the process works. From the very start Tracey was incredibly supportive and patient(replying professionally, promptly and very personably to our numerous emails)! She acted professionally, swiftly and efficiently throughout, for which we were/are extremely grateful in what turned out to be a somewhat ‘bumpy journey!
We were impressed and grateful when Tracey contacted us by ‘phone to ask how we were when events took a downward turn. We felt valued and supported and not ‘faceless’ Clients.
In addition we would like to say how impressed we were when ‘phoning Gotelee to speak to either Tracey or Alex. Our calls were responded to professionally and in a very friendly way, putting us at our ease and never making us feel that we were being a nuisance, before being put through to Tracey or Alex. It is often the case that the initial contact at a company acts like a ‘gate keeper’ making the caller feel somewhat uncomfortable - this was definitely not the case at Gotelee Felixstowe! If Tracey or Alex were not immediately available a return call was promised and ensued within a very short time.
We feel we would also like to mention Alex Foreman who also rang us on more than one occasion to clarify some points we had asked about or to help us generally. This could easily have been done via email but she took the time to speak to us personally is what for us, was an extremely stressful and worrying time.
Whilst the ‘legal side’ of the buying of our house was done, in the main, electronically we greatly appreciated the efforts that both Tracey and Alex took to ensure that there was a measure of personal contact, without which we are sure we would have felt disheartened.
