We originally used James Young as our solicitor and he was ok at the time but failed to do so many things. We have lived in our property for a year and still do not have the correct documents! Cassie Nelson at post completion took over and she ignores emails as much as James does. I then asked to escalate to a complaint and even the compliance team don’t reply! Joke!

Used Donna Marie Sturrock to conveyance in property purchase. Slow, didn’t reply to emails, couldn’t be contacted, didn’t return phone calls, missed deadlines. Then when complaining to compliance officer, Tim Humpage, same happened, didn’t respond to emails, didn’t call back, no after 8 weeks of frustration I’ve complained to the SRA and legal ombudsman. Awful firm, do not use

My solicitor changed three times and then it turned out later, did not complete registration with the Land Registry, even though they said they had. It caused us a great deal of stress and financial difficulties.
