    This has been the most unprofessional organisation I have ever encountered. Their handling of arrangements following my father’s passing made an already difficult time significantly more distressing. Calls went unreturned, emails unanswered, and commitments repeatedly broken. The overall service was disorganised and deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

    Not a Good Experience

    Overall I had a poor experience with KWW Solicitors. After sorting out a probate for me (complete, albeit a little slowly), KWW took on the administration of my mother's estate. This is where everything went badly, with no communication from KWW to me for several months after completion of the probate. I tried to contact them several time via phone messages and emails, with no replies. After several weeks of trying, I escalated to the partner and was promised that my matter would be sorted out. After another two weeks of nothing from KWW, I asked them to close my case and send everything back to me. I have since manage the adminstration of the estate myself.

    Over the last two years KWW have handled the Probate of my late Mother. It was a rollercoaster of unexpected obstacles. I was pleased that I had KWW to help me through the process. Jack Haskew gave me a good overview at the start of the process. Thereafter the day to day stuff was handled by legal assistants and overseen by Jack. The people I dealt with were always polite helpful and professional. The last assistant who helped me for over a year was Victoria Allum. Victoria was very organised, diligent and accurate in her work. We have just finallised the process and I have been very pleased with the service I received from KWW.

    KWW Solicitors have been our family solicitors for many years. Firstly we worked with Karen Starkey but after her departure, and recently, we received a consultation with Jack Haskew. Jack gave us fantastic legal advice on a situation which seemed really complicated to us. With his legal expertise Jack gave me direction and created a road map to remedy our situation. I can say that the one hour consultation we had allowed me to breath after possibly a year of not breathing. I would certainly recommend Jack Haskew and KWW Solicitors.

    I called to find out if a will was registered. Jack went above and beyond to help me looking through all the archives despite me not being a client. He was very friendly,helpful and also offered advice on my options. Would definitely use them for any legal matters that may arise.

      I've used KWW solicitors a couple of times, previously buying my house, and more recently selling my flat. Enza and Anpusa acted for my flat sale, and Salv helped with the lease extension side. Overall I'm pleased with the service I received, particularly in the later stages when we got close to completion. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. It's easy to get hold of KWW over the phone too, which is always good. They were very helpful whenever I had questions and made what became quite a stressful process feel better. Most importantly, I was very happy with the final outcome (completing on the sale) and would have no hesitation in recommending them as they clearly worked hard to get this over the line. Thanks!

      I have had two interactions with this company over a number of years and both have been rude, arrogant and dishonest. The first was when I swore an affidavit and the solicitor was intent on pocketing the fees without producing a receipt. I eventually had to return to the premises and refuse to leave until it was handed over. The second was litigation where the solicitor broke a number of code of practice guidelines. I would never use this firm for anything and if you chose to I would ensure that you get a full breakdown and justification for every penny spent and ensure that they respect all the laws and guidelines required of their profession. You are instructing them so the buck stops with you.

      We will be seeking to have this scurrilous review removed.
