WARNING WARNING WARNING I used this firm for a land tenant dispute, for over 6 months I chased them for answers, service and help...I asked them to do one thing for me, an injunction to protect me and my property, but they didn't follow my instructions. I reported the firm to the legal ombudsman who found them to have failed on many counts like not following orders of there clients...I spent over 2 thousand and have nothing to show for it. So my warning to anyone who wants to use this firm is, if you want your problem to be escalated beyond what you could imagine,have to chase for answers and be told lies nonstop...this is the place for you. It's bad when the ombudsman were involved and think there actions were bad....I think they are abysmal. There ment to protect there clients not make matters worse like they did...Sickening how people are charged money and treated so bad and spoken down to like there not clever by firms like this!!!!

I cannot recommend Farihah highly enough. From our first meeting to the conclusion of my case, she demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise. Ash and the Rose & Rose team acted for us to purchase the Freehold of 8 flats over 2 blocks under the Rights of First Refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. They advised on all deadlines (which were all met), and completion took place in good time. Ash has since been brilliant on following up with a couple of clarifications and chasing Land Registry on their very belated filing of the related TR1 in the time since. I would highly recommend Ash for his professionalism, flexibility and "plain English" manner.
