We received excellent service from Nikhil Amin and his assistant Lisa Hare during our recent property transaction. Nik gave us invaluable advice and communicated well with us throughout the process. Besides being highly professional, they were also friendly and approachable. I was so impressed by how efficient and responsive they were that I'm now using Nik on another leasehold flat purchase. My daughter had recommended Nik and in total, this will be our family's 7th property transaction with him.

I’d like to publicly recommend this firm and in particular James Poynor and Natasha Mohabir on the property team. When I approached James about the prospect of purchasing my first property, he spoke with me about the process and made sure I understood what it all entailed even before I instructed him as my lawyer. My case was particularly unique in the sense that the new owner of the property would be determined by a contract race. Both James and Natasha understood that time was of the essence and used their expertise to ensure the purchase process was as seamless as possible. They were responsive to the point that we felt prioritised. They were both lovely people to deal with and moreover, we had a very tight deadline and they delivered.

DO NOT SET A FOOT NEAR THIA PLACE! Something so little will cost you an arm and a leg. They only want your money and will take advantage of you especially if they think they can! STAY FAR AWAY!
