Together with the success of the previous appeal, the NHS paid the full amount of my mother's care fees from June 2021 until she passed away in September 2025. The reimbursement of the fees as a result of the PUPoC, was handled with efficient skill by Jonathan Dwek, which took all of the stress out of the complicated process of restitution from myself.
