Jamie Humpheson went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Always available and quick to respond to any queries that we had. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Hassan Mahmood (and his team) highly enough! He came to me with fantastic recommendations and absolutely lived up to them. Hassan facilitated the legalities of purchasing 11 properties at auction, navigating numerous legal hurdles with expertise and professionalism. His promptness and proactive approach were truly impressive. Hassan foresaw potential issues and addressed them in advance, which significantly expedited the process. What could have been a daunting experience was made smooth and manageable under his guidance. I always felt confident that we would successfully complete each transaction. We just wrapped up the process today, and I'm already eager to start my next property purchase. If you're looking for a solicitor who will make your property transactions seamless, Hassan is the one to choose! Highly, highly recommended!

Liz at Downs was great and made the entire process both understandable and easy, we bought, sold and moved in within 14 weeks, would use Downs again. David and Kate Barnes

TSP produce all my loan documentation and undertake all the detailed due diligence. A perfect balance of detail and practicality

MLP did my commercial lease 10 years ago, and have again sorted a new 10 year lease for me. Additionally spotted some mistakes in a separate transfer of interest and sorted those out too.

Excellent experience with Jim Murphy - very helpful and experienced - extremely easy process and look forward to working again in future.

Katrina was very efficient and so quick to reply to any enquiries I may have had and made our difficult purchase run extremely smoothly. Without a doubt would be more than happy for Katrina to deal with future sales and purchases and will recommend my daughter to use her when she plans a move next year. However, as Katrina was on sick leave, Alexandra took over our sale and purchase and again got amazing help from her to aid our completion, again very friendly yet professional and again would definitely recommend Burrows Solicitors as a very professional and a delight to work with. Thank you both.

Sarah and Kirsty were both very helpful answering questions quickly and clearly. The transaction went through fairly quickly even with the sellers solicitor taking their time at some points.

I fully trust in the services at Fiona Bruce. Every person I deal with there is professional, knowledgeable, capable and efficient. I would not want to go anywhere else.
